Always give your best

Do you want top performance in each moment of your workout? Moreover, do you even want to make the most of your recovery? If you want elaborate movements and well-rounded muscles, you won't only need perseverance; success also takes sufficient strength. Before, during, and even after the exercises.

Carbox was created with the following, equally important goals in mind:

• loading before and during workout
• reloading after working your muscles,
• that is, continuous and even carbohydrate supply.

LOADING

Carbox is a drink powder containing a carbohydrate complex. It combines five forms of slow, moderate and fast absorbing carbohydrates. It contains maltodextrin, dextrose, saccharose, fructose and corn starch. These sugars have different glycemic indexes, that is, they affect blood sugar levels to different extents.  Due to their varied absorption rates, some of them supply your body with carbs quickly, whereas the others for prolonged periods.

RELOADING

Carbox also makes a great companion during post-workout recovery. The carbs it contains contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after high-intensity and/or prolonged physical exercise which leads to muscle exhaustion and the depletion of the glycogen stores of core muscles.*

*This beneficial effect can be achieved through the intake of 4g/bodyweight kg carbohydrate derived from any source. This amount must be taken in within 4, but not more than 6 hours of high-intensity and/or prolonged physical exercise which leads to muscle exhaustion and the depletion of the glycogen stores of core muscles.*
